The hotel has a stunning view of a beautiful lake and mountains. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs, fridges and safety deposit boxes. the traditional, Japanese yukata provided to wear to the onsen adds a nice touch to the experience. the staff is courteous and helpful, despite the language barrier.
The breakfast buffet could benefit from more variety in the menu.

The room we stayed had a decently sized bathroom and a nice view from the window. the hotel was within walking distance of the lake and some shops, which was convenient. One more positive aspect was that there was a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transportation in the area easy.
The hotel was not up to the standards we expected. the room was quite old and in need of updating.

Had an amazing time at the hotel during New Year's celebrations. Loved the spacious room with a great view of the lake and the amenities offered, such as toothbrushes and a flat screen TV. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a variety of choices. The location was perfect with easy access to local transportation and a nearby shrine.
The room was a bit small and had a faint smell of smoke. The bathtub was a little small as well, but the group bath made up for it.
